Solid communication skills.
Willingness to work in US shifts (07:00PM – 04:00AM IST).
Key Responsibilities
Sourcing and screening candidates for Engineering requirements.
Coordinating interviews with candidates and clients.
Managing candidate pipeline and follow-ups.
Understanding client requirements and matching suitable profiles.
Maintaining recruitment databases and reports.
