We’re looking for a detail-obsessed Software Tester who owns quality end to end — from writing thoughtful manual test cases to building and maintaining automated test suites. You’ll work closely with frontend (React/Vite/Tailwind), backend (Django REST), and WordPress teams to catch issues before our clients ever do, and to make our release process faster and more reliable over time.
What You’ll Do — Manual Testing
Review requirements, designs (Figma), and acceptance criteria to identify gaps, edge cases, and ambiguities before development begins.
Write transparent, reusable test cases and scenarios covering functional, regression, UI/UX, cross-browser, and responsive/mobile behaviour.
Execute manual test cycles across web apps, LMS/ERP modules, and WordPress sites; verify against design systems and locked UI patterns.
Perform exploratory, smoke, sanity, and regression testing for every release and hotfix.
Validate data flows, role-based access, and multi-tenant behaviour in LMS/ERP builds.
Log transparent, reproducible defects with steps, expected vs. actual results,
severity, workplace, and supporting screenshots/recordings.
Re-test fixes, confirm closure, and maintain a clean, prioritized bug backlog.
What You’ll Do — Automation Testing
Design, build, and maintain automated UI test suites using tools such as Cypress, Playwright, or Selenium.
Write and maintain API test collections (Postman/Newman, REST Assured) for Django REST endpoints — auth, CRUD, status codes, payload validation.
Identify high-value, repetitive regression flows and convert them into stable, low-flake automated tests.
Integrate automated tests into CI pipelines (GitLab CI / GitHub Actions) so checks run on every merge request.
Maintain reusable test data, fixtures, and page-object structures; keep the framework clean and well documented.
Run basic performance and load checks (e.g. JMeter / k6) on critical endpoints and report bottlenecks.
Report on test coverage, pass/fail
