Key Responsibilities
Interact with customers and understand their financial and banking requirements.
Explain and promote suitable financial products and services.
Generate leads through telecalling, references, digital platforms, and customer enquiries.
Handle customer queries related to banking and financial services.
Assist customers with documentation and application processes.
Coordinate with banks, NBFCs,
and financial institutions for application processing.
Follow up with customers regarding applications, approvals, and required documents.
Maintain accurate customer and lead records in CRM/Excel.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Achieve assigned monthly sales and conversion targets.
Ensure proper communication and follow-up throughout the customer journey.
Maintain compliance with company policies and applicable banking/financial-service guidelines.
