ATMS & CO LLP is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in accounting, taxation, and statutory compliances, along with the ability to manage day-to-day financial operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain books of accounts and day-to-day accounting transactions.
Prepare and record journal entries, ledgers, and bank reconciliations.
Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
Assist in the preparation of financial statements and MIS reports.
Prepare and file GST returns and support GST compliance.
Handle TDS calculations, deductions, and return filings.
Assist in statutory audits, tax audits, and internal audits.
Coordinate with clients for accounting and financial documentation.
Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and statutory deadlines.
Maintain proper accounting records and supporting documents.

Required Skills
Solid knowledge of Accounting Principles.
Working knowledge of GST and TDS.
Experience in Bank Reconciliation and Ledger Scrutiny.
Proficiency in Tally Prime and Microsoft Excel.
Basic understanding of Income Tax and statutory compliances.
Positive analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and organizational abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Eligibility Criteria
Qualification: B.Com / BAF / BMS
Experience: 1–2 years in a CA Firm or Accounting Profile.
Candidates residing in or near Thane will be preferred.
