Job Description

PS Collaborations is looking for a agile and results-oriented Business Development Executive with experience working in a Business School (B-School). Experience in the Staffing/Recruitment sector is preferred.

The candidate will be responsible for developing corporate relationships, building institutional partnerships, generating business opportunities, and driving placements and business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with Business Schools, B-Schools, colleges, and corporate organizations.
Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, calls, LinkedIn, and industry connections.
Build corporate partnerships for placements, recruitment, staffing, and talent solutions.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to provide suitable solutions.
Conduct meetings and presentations with corporate clients and institutional partners.
Manage follow-ups, negotiations, proposals, and business closures.
Develop and maintain solid relationships with existing clients and B-School partners.




Achieve assigned business development and revenue targets.
Maintain regular records of leads, client interactions, partnerships, and business opportunities.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree; MBA/PGDM preferred.
2–5 years of relevant Business Development experience.
Mandatory: Prior experience working with a Business School/B-School.
Preferred: Experience in Staffing, Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or HR services.
Solid understanding of corporate partnerships and business development.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Strong networking and lead-generation abilities.
Target-oriented with the ability to independently manage the business development cycle.
