Facility & Building Maintenance
Responsible for the overall building and facility maintenance, ensuring high standards of reliability, performance, safety, and cost optimization.
Manage the maintenance of all utility and facility-related equipment, ensuring maximum uptime and operational efficiency.
Develop, implement, and monitor preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.
Analyze equipment performance, identify improvement opportunities, and implement corrective actions.
Support engineering teams during installation, commissioning, and handover of current equipment and infrastructure.
Technical Operations
Lead and manage third-party maintenance technicians and service providers.
Prioritize daily maintenance activities in coordination with operations and production teams.
Develop Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) with defined service levels and KPIs.
Ensure timely procurement of maintenance materials in coordination with the Procurement Team.
Identify critical spare parts and maintain optimum inventory levels to minimize equipment downtime.

Vendor & Contract Management
Manage facility service providers and contractors to ensure SLA and KPI compliance.
Identify and onboard qualified vendors in line with procurement guidelines.
Conduct regular vendor performance reviews and drive continuous improvements.
Ensure
