Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Zuora Billing & Revenue Consultant with solid functional and technical expertise to support, enhance, and optimize our Quote-to-Cash (QTC), Subscription Management, Billing, and Revenue Recognition processes. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience with Zuora Billing, Zuora Revenue (RevPro), Zuora Workflows, Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex Development, and integrations across enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

Functional Responsibilities
Design and support:
Product Catalog
Product Rate Plans & Charges
Subscriptions and Amendments
Invoicing, Credits, and Adjustments
Revenue Recognition (ASC 606 / IFRS 15)
Revenue Contracts and POB Management




Support month-end revenue close activities and revenue troubleshooting.
Drive process improvements and automation prospects across Quote-to-Cash processes.
Partner with business stakeholders to define scalable subscription and revenue solutions.

Technical Responsibilities
Configure and develop solutions using:
Zuora Billing
Zuora Revenue (RevPro)
Zuora CPQ / Quotes
Zuora Workflow
Build and maintain automation workflows for:
Subscription lifecycle management
Billing processes
Revenue processing
Data synchronization
Develop Salesforce customizations using:
Lightning Web Components (LWC)
Apex Classes
Apex Triggers
SOQL/SOSL
Lightning Framework
Design and develop integrations using:
REST APIs
SOAP APIs
Middleware platforms (OIC, MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, etc.)
Perform root cause analysis and production support for billing and revenue issues.
