TheSeniorExecutive-LegalwillsupporttheExotelLegalteamoncommercialcontracting,technologycontracts,producttermsandconditions,contractstandardizationandbusinessadvisory.

Therolerequiresalawyerwithbroadcommercial-contractingexperiencewhocandraftandreviewagreements,identifymaterialrisksandworkcloselywithbusinessteams.Thesuccessfulcandidateshouldbecomfortableworkinginast

KeyResponsibilities

CommercialandTechnologyContracts
- Draft,reviewandnegotiatedomesticandinternationalcommercialcontracts,includingmasterservicesagreements,SaaSandsubscriptionagreements,serviceagreements,statementsofwork,orderforms,non-disclosureagreemen

IndependentlyhandlestandardandrepeattransactionsandsupportseniormembersoftheLegalteamoncomplexcontractsandnegotiations.
IdentifyandescalatemateriallegalandcommercialrisksinaccordancewithExotel'scontractingstandards,playbooksandapprovedpositions.
Assistincreating,standardizingandperiodicallyrevisingagreementtemplates,clauselibraries,negotiationplaybooksandcontractingguidance.
Draftandupdateproductandplatformdocumentation,includingonlineandclickwraptermsandconditions.
Supportcontractexecution,repositorymaintenanceandothercontractingworkflows.

BusinessandInternationalAdvisory
- ProvideclearandpracticalcontractualguidancetobusinessstakeholdersunderthesupervisionofseniormembersoftheLegalteam,whererequired.
Supportcross-bordercontractsandcoordinatewithlocalcounselorexternaladviserswherejurisdiction-specificadviceisrequired.
Conductlegalresearchandcommunicatefindingsinclearandconciselanguage.
