Qualification: Graduation (Mandatory)
Experience: Minimum 1 year required
Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound and inbound calls to customers.
Provide detailed information regarding products and services.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
Follow up with potential clients and handle customer queries professionally.
Achieve daily and monthly call targets.
Requirements:
Solid verbal and written communication skills.
Experience working with CRM software.
Ability to handle customer concerns and provide effective solutions.
A positive attitude and excellent customer service skills.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced workplace.
