We are looking for Demand Planning Qualified

You'll make a difference by
Monitor SAP R/3 generated Purchase Requisitions (PRs)
Preparation and co-ordination for release of purchase orders
Follow-up with vendors for timely deliveries




Co-ordination with customs for clearance
Reschedule delivery dates w.r.t. schedule requirement & Inventory level.
Co-ordinate with HO-Finance for transit damage Insurance cases
Monitor & reduce Idle time on Shop floor on account of material non-availability.
Co-ordination with Production Cell's Logistics, Dispatch, Vendor for sub-contracted items
Co-ordination with Manufacturing & Vendors for disposal of Quality problems raised,
Co-ordination with Vendor development & Quality inspection for Vendor Quality related issues
Monitor & improve Vendor Delivery reliability.
Updating of Item Procurement lead-time in SAP in MRP
Optimize number of Purchase Orders through consolidation of Purchase Requisitions in consideration of lead-times
Co-ordination with Product development for Amendments
Implementation of Sourcing Models (Consignment Stock, Contract Warehouse, KANBAN) to improve Material Availability & Inventor
