Job Description:

New Vendor development and Part development

• Cost plus working module implementation with all suppliers

• Costing for new parts & RM

• Cost reduction by VA/VE Activities and Alternate sourcing

• Vendor Consolidation, part communization, Alternate sourcing.

• Supplier evaluation as per QCD Parameter. •

• Capacity planning of Critical parts as HE & Molding parts.

• Handle RAC Domestic Commodities – Piping , Sheet Metal , Molding • Exploration for recent suppliers for strategic component as per plan

• Solid Negotiation skills

• Develop current supplier as per requirement with cost effectiveness

• Proficient in ERP & SAP tool for making contracts and PO.

Procurement and Costing of Plastic molded parts & Sheet Metals. Cost Innovation Project for localization of Imported parts.

· Providing training to Graduate Engineer Trainees & Subordinates on Supply Chain & Purchase functioning & it’s working. ·
