Role & responsibilities:
Achieve monthly top line targets
Responsible for recruitment of Agents through various sources to ensure achievement of business targets
Responsible for Achieving overall GWP (Gross Written Premium)
Responsible for sustainable Profitability
Ensure month on month activation of agents as per targets set.
Coordinating with other departments such as U/W, Claims, & Operations
Responsible for maintaining & enhancing service levels provided to the clients
Ensuring IRDA compliance regarding licensing & commission payments to Agents.
Support/guide the Agents in all activities related policy services
Train Agents/Channel partners on products, processes and USPs of the Company.
Managing daily reports and MIS pertaining to the branch
Monitoring daily receipts, payment and other bank transactions
Policy issuance/Cancellation/endorsement
