This position handles the end-to-end bookkeeping of U.S. clients. The candidate must also be able to review accounting work of junior team members and assist in implementing accounting systems for current clients.
Key Responsibilities
Perform daily bookkeeping and account maintenance
Review and correct general ledger items
Prepare and review reconciliations (bank, CC, loans, merchant accounts)
Guide junior bookkeepers and oversee their deliverables
Assist in setting up systems, accounting templates, and workflow automation
AP/AR management and vendor-client coordination
Prepare month-end close schedules
Generate financial statements and management reports
Coordinate directly with U.S. clients and CPA firms
Required Skills
Inter CA / CA / EA / CPA – qualified or pursuing
OR B.Com / M.Com graduate with solid U.S. bookkeeping experience
Strong understanding of U.S. bookkeeping standards
Experience reviewing and mentoring junior team members
Software: QuickBooks, Xero, CCH Axcess, Lacerte
Ability to work with multiple deadlines
