Job Description:

Qualification: Any Graduate or Post Graduate in Supply chain / Operation.
Experience: min 2+ yrs in handling dispatch activities, dispatch coordinator.
Reporting to: Stores Manager
Location: Plant locations (Khopoli )
Purpose Role: Ensure effective coordination with sales, production, and logistics Heads for dispatch of finished goods with proper batch numbers. Accountable for preparation of invoices and waybills / documents.
Authority: Co-ordination and execute dispatch plan, Preparing and maintaining ISO documents as per standard

Responsibilities: Co-ordination with sales dept., HO for daily dispatch scheduling.
• To ensure secure working conditions on shop floor for man and materials and adherence to Health, Safety and Environment policy of company.
• Responsible for storage of Finished Goods as per the storage conditions of the respective product and as per Good Distribution Practices requirement.
• Responsible for maintaining reconciliation of finish goods for each consignment received at finish positive stores.




• Responsible for storage and upkeep of documents as per the retention period of the respective documents.
• Responsible for ensuring that the goods are stored at the allocated area and updating of the entry in the system.
• Responsible for checking of the stock against dispatch order / export order / packing list.
• To ensure proper segregation between different batches and or products during storage to avoid mix up.
• To ensure the filled loading slip for dispatch of correct materials and batch no’s.
• To ensure cleaning / mopping of Finish valuable stores and well organized
• Co-ordination with production / logistics / export department for expected receipt / dispatch.
• Coordination with palletization party to make the consignment ready in time.
• Coordination with excise / custom authorities.
• Coordination with insurance authorities.
