Shift Timing - 12.00 PM to 8.30 PM

About the role

To support Business Partners in the US and Canada with Commercial Real Estate (CRE) mortgage annual servicing, portfolio monitoring, credit review and underwriting. The role is responsible for reviewing complex CRE collateral, including rent rolls, operating statements, budgets, borrower/guarantor financials, lease abstracts and loan documents. The candidate will perform loan review analysis covering property performance, credit risk, rating implications, market positioning, borrower strength and loan-level monitoring. The role requires robust analytical judgement, attention to detail, and the ability to create productive Excel-based templates and review tools that improve the annual loan review and underwriting process.
