Job Description:

ROLE SUMMARY

We are looking for a Junior Accounts Executive to support daily accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records for our trading business.

The ideal candidate should have basic accounting knowledge, familiarity with Tally software, and positive computer skills. Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome to apply.

KRA: TASK / ACTIVITIES

• Assist in entering purchase, sales, receipts, and payment entries in Tally

• Maintain day-to-day accounting records and documentation

• Prepare invoices, vouchers, and accounting records

• Support billing and bookkeeping activities

• Assist with vendor bills and supplier documentation

• Help maintain records related to stock and purchase activities

• Support bank reconciliation and ledger maintenance

• Maintain files and accounting documents systematically

• Coordinate with internal teams for basic accounting support

PERFORMANCE METRICS

• Accuracy in accounting entries

• Timely completion of assigned tasks

• Proper maintenance of records and documentation

• Error-free data entry and bookkeeping

• Consistency in following accounting processes

Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Basic knowledge of Tally ERP / Tally Prime

• Knowledge of accounting fundamentals and bookkeeping

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word

• Valuable numerical and data entry skills

• Basic understanding of invoice handling

PREFERRED SKILLS

• Commerce background preferred

• Basic GST knowledge

• Internship or project exposure in accounts is an advantage

• Familiarity with office documentation processes
