Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled SAP FI L1 Support Consultant with a robust understanding of business processes to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for incident management and providing basic Level 1 (L1) support for SAP FI (Financial Accounting) modules. This role requires a solid understanding of SAP FI functionalities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:
Incident Management:
Receive, analyze, and resolve Level 1 incidents related to SAP FI within defined SLA.
Log and track incidents using the designated ticketing system.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement timely solutions.
Basic L1 Support:
Provide first-line support for SAP FI end-users.
Assist users in navigating the SAP system and address basic functional queries.
Escalate issues to higher support levels when necessary.
Business Process Understanding:




Develop a deep understanding of the organization's financial business processes related to SAP FI.
Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into SAP FI solutions.
Documentation:
Create and maintain documentation for incident resolutions, standard operating procedures, and user guides.
Ensure documentation is up-to-date and accessible for the support team.
Continuous Improvement:
Identify prospects for process improvement and efficiency gains in SAP FI support activities.
Propose and implement enhancements to optimize system performance.
Communication:
Effectively communicate with end-users and other support teams to provide updates on incident resolution status.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and convey technical information in a user-friendly manner.
