Role and Responsibilities:
Product Management: Developing on –going market insight, Identify sector trends.
Evaluate competitors and offerings. Compare competitive products. Configure product SWOT & uncover opportunities.
Portfolio Reviewand Performance management: Development of market insight.
Conducting Post launch Product audits. Revaluate Competitor action.
Analyze Product and Portfolio Performance. Refining/evaluating Pricing Structure
Adjusting marketing and Promotional Plans. Assess channel Performance.
Rationalization of Portfolios.
Devising smooth/creative customer journeyend to end.
Process Streamlining: Customization/digitalization in the Loan process/system platform.




Determines product pricingby utilizing market research data, costing etc.
Product SalesSupport: Devising training module, imparting training to various team co-ordination with various support vertical, etc

Secondary Responsibilities:
Coordinating with different stakeholders for smooth functioningof product
Maintaining MIS and Product decks for periodic reviews
Daily interaction with salesfor reaching maximum and daily disbursal volumes for the products

Managerial & Leadership Responsibilities:

Building capabilities within recent team members, if any

Key Success Metrics:

Growth in disbursal volume for the product

Education Qualifications:

Postgraduate & equivalent (Masters)

Experience Level:

Mid-Level (10 years)
