Job Description:
Supervise and coordinate the activities of a team of 10–15 labourers.
Assign tasks and ensure timely completion of work according to project deadlines.
Monitor work progress, ensuring high-quality output and compliance with company standards.
Train, guide, and motivate workers to improve productivity and efficiency.
Enforce safety rules and maintain a clean, protected working workplace.
Report daily activities and progress to senior management.
Maintain inventory of materials and tools required for daily operations.
Resolve any issues or conflicts among workers professionally.
Ensure proper use and maintenance of equipment and machinery.
Support in hiring and onboarding current workers when required.
