Position Overview:

We are seeking a Spanish & English -speaking representative to assist with a variety of bilingual quality assurance, translation, and administrative support functions. This role is critical in ensuring accuracy, compliance, and clarity in Spanish-language communications and media received or sent by the Firm, as well as supporting back-office legal processes.The ideal candidate will be fluent in both Spanish and English, possess robust comprehension of legal terminology, and preferably have a legal or paralegal background.

Key Responsibilities:
Language and Translation Support
Perform quality assurance reviews of Spanish-language call recordings, ensuring compliance, professionalism, and adherence to Firm standards.
Review and validate Firm letter templates, tags, and form language for accurate Spanish translation or confirm the quality of existing translations.
Translate or confirm AI translations of inbound communications and documents,



ensuring accuracy and contextual appropriateness.
Review client-submitted media and forms in Spanish and translate relevant portions into English for use in MAI
Administrative and Legal Support
Provide back-office administrative support, including document preparation, data entry, and task tracking.
Review legal filings, including answers and responsive pleadings in either language, and extract key data points.
Populate standardized templates with this information to ensure the Firm has structured, searchable, and usable summaries of legal content.

Preferred Qualifications:
Fluency in Spanish and English (spoken and written)
Robust attention to detail and ability to spot translation or formatting errors
Familiarity with legal documents, terminology, and pleadings
Ability to manage time effectively and work independently on administrative tasks.
