We're looking for a Business Development Executive who thrives on building relationships, creating opportunities, and closing deals—not just generating leads.
What You'll Own
Identify and connect with decision-makers across the US, UK, Europe, Australia, Canada, and the Middle East.
Generate qualified opportunities through LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold outreach, email campaigns, networking, and referrals.
Lead discovery conversations to understand business challenges and recommend the right technology solutions.
Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline from prospecting to deal closure.
Collaborate with technical and pre-sales teams to create winning proposals.
Build long-term client relationships that drive repeat business.
Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

What We're Looking For




2–4 years of Business Development experience in an IT Services company
Experience selling software development, AI, cloud, or digital transformation services
Robust exposure to international markets
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, outbound sales, cold emailing, and lead generation
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Self-driven, target-oriented, and passionate about consultative selling
Reliable career history demonstrating consistent growth.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
