Role and Responsibilities:
● Problem Framing: Identify and prioritize high-impact research questions that shape
product direction.
● End-to-End Research: Plan and execute research across the product lifecycle—from
discovery to post-launch.
● Behavioral Insights: Uncover patterns in user behavior and translate them into
opportunities to improve engagement, retention, and outcomes.
● Mixed-Methods Research: Use a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods
to build a holistic understanding of users.
● Insight Synthesis & Influence: Convert research findings into transparent, actionable insights




that influence product decisions.
● Collaboration with Product & Data: Work closely with product, analytics, and data
teams to connect user insights with metrics and business outcomes.
● Research Enablement: Enable designers and PMs to run lightweight research through
frameworks and best practices, while maintaining quality.
● Mentorship & Culture: Mentor team members and champion a solid, user-centric
research culture.

Required Qualifications:
● 3–5 years of experience in UX or product research within product-driven organizations
● Solid ability to frame problems and define research that influences product direction
● Proficiency in both qualitative and quantitative research methods (generative and
evaluative)
● Experience working closely with product, design, and data teams to drive outcomes
● Strong synthesis skills—ability to move from raw data to clear insights and product
implications
