We are looking for a Finance Controller to lead Plush’s finance controllership function and ensure solid financial discipline, accurate reporting, robust controls, and regulatory compliance as the business scales.
The role will be responsible for managing the end-to-end accounting and controllership function , driving timely monthly closures and MIS, overseeing taxation and statutory compliance, strengthening internal controls, and providing meaningful financial insights to the leadership team.
The ideal candidate should be commercially oriented, highly analytical, detail-focused, and comfortable working in a quick-paced, growth-stage setting.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Controllership & Accounting
Own the end-to-end accounting and financial controllership function.
Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions.
Lead monthly, quarterly and annual financial closing processes.
Review P&L;, balance sheet, cash flow and other financial statements.
Ensure appropriate accounting policies, provisions, accruals and reconciliations.
Drive timely closure of books and resolution of accounting issues.
