About the Role

EarthX is seeking a agile and result-oriented Environmental Business Development Executive to identify business opportunities, build robust client relationships, and promote the company’s environmental consulting Service eg.; EIA, Environmental Clearance, Consent Management, ESG as well as identify leads for ETP and STP. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, sales, and relationship management skills with a passion for environmental sustainability.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business prospects in environmental consultancy Services.
Generate leads through networking, cold calling and client referrals, through in-person Meetings.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, Mining Industries, Real Estate, government officials & organizations, and other stakeholders.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable environmental solutions and services.
Prepare business proposals, quotations, presentations, and client contracts.
Conduct meetings, presentations,



and negotiations with prospective clients.
Collaborate with technical and project teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining accurate sales records and reports.
Represent EarthX at industry events, exhibitions, seminars, and networking forums.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management (experience in environmental services is preferred).
Freshers with excellent communication and business development skills may also apply.
