Key Responsibilities
Recruit and onboard recent business partners.
Drive sales through the ABP/Partner Channel.
Train, mentor, and manage partner performance.
Conduct regular field visits and joint sales calls.
Build robust partner relationships and resolve operational issues.
Ensure compliance while consistently achieving business targets.
Requirements
Minimum 2+ years of experience in BFSI.
Solid leadership and partner/channel sales experience.
Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
Proven ability to drive sales and manage business partners.
