We're looking for a Chief Technical Advisor to lead the technical backbone of our consulting & mentorship company. You'll own our database architecture, website, and tech infrastructure end-to-end, while guiding and coordinating our team on all things technical.
What you'll do:
Design and manage our database systems
Build, maintain, and improve our website
Oversee day-to-day tech operations and team workflows
Advise leadership on tech strategy and tools
Troubleshoot and scale systems as we grow
What we're looking for:
Robust background in web development and database management
Experience leading or coordinating technical teams
Comfortable wearing multiple hats in a rapid-moving environment
Valuable communicator who can translate tech decisions for non-tech stakeholders.
