HALBEX is building a technology-driven B2B trade platform for structured export of India-origin food products to international markets.
We are looking for a hands-on Compliance & Logistics Executive who understands the real food-export journey — from product compliance and documentation to freight coordination and international shipment operations.

Candidates with robust food-export experience are encouraged to apply.
Experience Required
Minimum 3–5 years of practical experience in food/agricultural exports from India.
Experience should preferably include products such as:
Rice, grains, pulses and millets
Spices and seasonings
Fresh fruits and vegetables
Halal meat and poultry
Fish and seafood
Dairy and related products
Processed and frozen foods
Other Indian food and agricultural products
Your Role at HALBEX
This is a phased role.
Responsibilities will be introduced according to defined project timelines and will not be expected to be completed simultaneously.
Phase 1 — Trade Compliance Data
Research, collect, structure and maintain destination-specific compliance information for HALBEX products.
The work will include:
Indian ITC (HS) 8-digit classification
Destination-country HS classification
Seller pre-listing requirements
Destination market-access requirements
Product-specific certifications and testing requirements
Seller shipment documents
Freight-forwarder documentation
Destination customs/import-clearance requirements
Buyer/importer requirements
Packaging and labelling requirements
Product and country restrictions
Seller and buyer compliance warnings
Regulatory references
Source and verification records
