Role Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Node.js Developer / Team Lead with solid backend development expertise and hands-on experience in AI-powered application development. The ideal candidate should have minimum 1 year of relevant iGaming / Casino Industry experience and be capable of leading a team while working on scalable backend and AI-integrated applications.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of Node.js developers across multiple projects.
Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications and microservices.
Work on iGaming / Casino Platform-based applications and backend systems.
Architect and integrate AI-powered solutions using OpenAI, Claude, Gemini,
or similar AI platforms.
Review code, enforce best practices, and maintain coding standards.
Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Frontend, DevOps, AI, and QA teams.
Handle project planning, task allocation, and technical decision-making.
Build and maintain RESTful APIs and real-time systems.
Troubleshoot critical production issues and provide technical solutions.
Research and implement modern backend and AI technologies.
Technical Skills Required

Solid expertise in Node.js, Express.js, and Backend Architecture.
Minimum 1+ Year of hands-on experience in the iGaming / Casino Industry – Mandatory.
