Role Description
This is a full time in office role located in Navi Mumbai for a Crewing Executive. The Crewing Executive will be responsible for managing crew logistics, including scheduling, documentation, and compliance with regulations. Daily tasks will involve coordinating with various departments, monitoring crew performance, and ensuring the availability of qualified personnel.
The role requires excellent organizational and communication skills to maintain seamless operations.
Qualifications
Experience in crew management, scheduling, and logistics / Freshers can also apply for this position.
Knowledge of maritime regulations and documentation if any.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Robust communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work independently and in a team
Previous experience in the shipping industry is advantageous
