Key Responsibilities:
Lead a team of frontend and backend developers through the full software development lifecycle.
Architect, develop, and deploy scalable web applications using MERN stack and contemporary frameworks like Next.js and AngularJS .
Work with MySQL , PostgreSQL , and MongoDB to design efficient and scalable data models.
Design and implement backend services using Node.js and Express.js , incorporating WebSocket's for real-time features when needed.
Guide the team in adopting best practices for CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools to ensure smooth and reliable deployments.
Promote and implement microservices architecture to improve scalability and maintainability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, Designers, and QA Engineers.
Review code, provide technical mentorship, and enforce clean, maintainable code practices.
Lead sprint planning, daily stand-ups, code reviews, and retrospectives in an Agile workplace.
Monitor application performance, troubleshoot production issues, and implement solutions.





Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of hands-on development experience in full-stack JavaScript environments.
Robust experience with:
Node.js , Express.js
React.js , AngularJS , Next.js
MySQL , PostgreSQL , MongoDB
WebSocket implementations
Microservices Architecture
CI/CD tools and pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.)
Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL.
Experience with Git, agile development workflows, and working in cross-functional teams.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Familiarity with serverless architectures and edge computing.
Knowledge of TypeScript and Redux.
Background in mentoring, coaching, and evaluating team members.
