Job responsibility

Tx FM & SA Team Member to manage Tx Network Operation with complete
understanding of different Tx technologies in Network and ensuring service
assurance along with maintaining KPIs, Handling / motivating / supporting the
Team, Ensuring smooth Operations 24*7.

Major responsibilities include:

Ensuring 247 Monitoring all Tx NOC network elements.
Ensuring TT’s getting assigned and resolved.
Ensuring service assurance for restoring the affected customer circuits in
time within agreed SLA
Coordinating / supporting / escalating the critical / major issues to FO for
resolving the same intime within agreed SLA
Support to automation team for tool development
Proactive approach for enhancing the network / customer uptime
KPI Tracking and KPI improvement.
Team Productivity monitoring and Skill enhancement support.
24 7 team shift availability.
Project Management & Collaboration
Team building and coordination with different team members for fault
resolution within time as per agreed SLA

Span of control: TTL NOC Key Customer IP NOC,VOICE NOC,



FO, PSC
Necessary Preferred Skills
Over 2+ years of experience in Tx & core domain.
Strong understanding of project management, customer service, and technical
knowledge Tx core network elements, including SDH,OTN, DWDM, ASON & PTN
Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
Hands on Experience of Report preparation & publishing
Analytical skills
Data Presentation
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Creative thinking for analysing customer issues and resolution.
