Own HR/People Analytics dashboards, reports, tracking, and workforce data analysis.
Analyze people data to identify patterns, root causes, trends, and forward-looking insights.
Translate complex data into explicit, actionable recommendations for HR leadership and business stakeholders.
Partner with consultants to prepare MBRs, executive presentations, strategic briefs, and data-backed recommendations.
Work directly with CHROs/CXOs and senior HR leaders to understand business needs and convert them into analytical solutions.
Extract, clean, structure, and analyze data from HR tech platforms and multiple data sources.
Apply ML/modeling techniques to HR data where relevant to improve decision-making and predictive insights.
Robust hands-on expertise in SQL, Power BI/Tableau, and Advanced Excel, with positive knowledge of HR metrics such as attrition, hiring, performance, and engagement.
