Key Deliverables:
Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure on Azure, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
Build and deploy Docker images, Kubernetes manifests, and Helm charts.
Monitor and troubleshoot cloud-native applications to maintain service levels in line with SLAs and KPIs.
Propose cost-saving strategies and application optimization measures.
Role Responsibilities:
Collaborate with technical teams to address root causes of cloud infrastructure issues.
Ensure process compliance and platform reliability by maintaining best practices.
Configure and optimize build/deployment pipelines using Azure DevOps and other automation tools.
Perform L2 support for platform monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolution.
