Role Overview
Vilvah is seeking a proactive and highly organized E-Commerce Executive to oversee our daily marketplace operations. In this role, you will manage cataloging, inventory coordination, and shipment operations across e-commerce and quick-commerce platforms, as well as communications with our international B2B partners.

Key Responsibilities
Operations Management: Streamline daily shipment operations and fulfillment processes across all e-commerce and quick-commerce platforms.
Cataloging: Create, optimize, and maintain product listings and Current Product Introduction sheets.
Inventory Coordination: Monitor stock availability across digital channels and collaborate with supply chain teams to prevent stockouts.




B2B & International Relations: Coordinate orders and manage communication with international B2B customers and global distributors.
Performance Reporting: Prepare and analyze daily sales reports to track marketplace performance and operational metrics.

Qualifications & Skills
Education: Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations or marketplace management.
Technical Proficiency: Solid Microsoft Excel skills (including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP) for data analysis and reporting.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for internal and external stakeholder coordination.
Core Competencies: Robust problem-solving, multitasking abilities, and deep knowledge of marketplace operational standards.
