Own and drive the Commercial Vehicle portfolio centrally, with responsibility for business growth, profitability, pricing, commissions, renewals, product initiatives and portfolio steering.
Key Responsibilities:
Own CV business performance and profitability.
Drive pricing, commission and portfolio strategies.
Identify growth prospects across segments, channels and geographies.
Partner with Sales, Underwriting, Product, Actuarial, Finance and Renewals teams.
Track key business metrics and recommend corrective actions.
Lead strategic initiatives to improve growth, retention and business quality.
Required Skills:
3–4 years of experience in Motor/CV Insurance, Strategy, Product, Analytics or Portfolio Management.
Robust commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in pricing, profitability, business planning or portfolio steering.
