Tasks

Your main tasks include, among others:

Manage customer enquiries and shipment bookings in a timely and skilled manner
Coordinate effectively with freight forwarders, General Sales and Service Agents (GSSAs) and internal stakeholders
Monitor shipment movements and proactively resolve service-related issues
Ensure compliance with airline procedures, operational requirements and service standards
Support daily cargo operations while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction

Requirements

The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:

University degree or graduation required




Minimum 2–3 years of relevant customer service experience in airline cargo, freight forwarding, General Sales and Service Agents (GSSA) or air cargo operations
Must possess legal work permit in India
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi; knowledge of South Indian languages is an advantage
Solid communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
Customer-focused approach with excellent attention to detail
Ability to work effectively under pressure in a dynamic and fast-paced operational environment
