Certification: B2 Or C1
Job Description:-
Manage end-to-end french Voice and Customer Support interactions efficiently.
Provide qualified and empathetic resolutions to customer queries in French.
Maintain the mandatory B2 OR C2 certification standard in all verbal and written interactions.
Identify process improvements within the language workflow to enhance user experience.
Maintain a skilled, courteous, and empathetic attitude during all team interactions
Manage and resolve customer complaints efficiently to ensure high satisfaction levels
Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams when needed
