Key Responsibilities N

Identify and develop recent franchise prospects in the assigned region. N
Lead end-to-end franchise expansion activities, from prospecting to onboarding. N
Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals and potential franchise partners. N
Conduct impactful business presentations and lead strategic meetings with prospective investors. N
Achieve regional franchise growth targets as an individual contributor. N

What We're Looking Forn

Minimum 2+ years of experience in franchise expansion or business development. N
Prior experience in thepreschool or education franchise industry is highly preferred. N
Proven ability to engage with high-net-worth individuals and build lasting business relationships. N
Strong business presentation, negotiation, and communication skills. N
Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working as an Individual Contributor (IC). N
