NJob Summary:
NWe are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Ops Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in financial services—preferably in the loan or education financing sector—and a robust ability to build relationships, identify business opportunities, and achieve revenue targets.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed assigned targets N
Identify, engage, and convert potential leads into active clients N




Conduct product presentations and consultations with prospective customers N
Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals N
Ensure accurate documentation and timely submission of client applications N
Work closely with internal teams (Operations, Credit, and Customer Support) to deliver seamless client experiences N
Keep updated with industry trends, market developments, and competitor offerings N

1–3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in loan products or financial services N
Solid communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills N
Target-driven mindset with a go-getter attitude N
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) N
Experience in the education loan segment is highly desirable N
Proficiency in CRM tools and basic computer applications N
