ERP Development & Integration
Design, develop, and optimize ERP configurations, customizations, and workflows aligned with evolving business needs
Architect and implement scalable NetSuite solutions using SuiteBuilder, SuiteFlow, and SuiteScript (1.0, 2.0, 2.1)
Build integrations with third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs and tools like Boomi, Celigo, and MuleSoft

System Administration & Compliance
Manage user roles, permissions, and security configurations within NetSuite
Ensure compliance with standards such as SOX, GAAP, ASC 606, and IFRS 15
Document changes and system configurations for audit readiness and internal knowledge sharing

Process Optimization & Stakeholder Collaboration
Collaborate with finance, HR, order management, and supply chain teams to optimize ERP processes
Troubleshoot and enhance data flows between NetSuite and external systems
Lead integration initiatives and advise on best practices for ERP data integrity and process improvement

Project Leadership & Support
Drive ERP implementation and enhancement projects,



including upgrades and system performance optimization
Mentor junior engineers and conduct ERP user training to support adoption
Provide technical support and resolve system discrepancies in a timely and scalable manner

Quality Assurance & Continuous Improvement
Conduct unit and user acceptance testing (UAT) for current ERP features and customizations
Proactively research and resolve system issues to ensure efficiency and reliability

Customer Service & Communication
Provide high-quality internal customer service and respond to ERP-related support requests
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and deliver transparent communication of ERP processes to technical and non-technical stakeholders
Support internal and external audits by generating ERP reports and documentation
