Job DescriptionRole Objective:
NThe Role (Events & Experiences) will be responsible for ideating, conceptualising, curating and executing high-quality events at UB City. The role focuses on strengthening existing event IPs while creating recent signature IPs that enhance footfall, engagement and brand positioning.

N1. Event Ideation & Conceptualisation

Ideate, conceptualise, and design high-quality experiential events aligned with UB City's brand positioning and target audience. N
Develop innovative event formats and engagement ideas to enhance footfall and brand recall. N
Identify trends in lifestyle, luxury, art, culture, fashion, food & entertainment to create relevant and aspirational experiences. N
n2. IP Management –Existing Properties
N
n
Strategically manage, strengthen, and scale existing UB City event IPs. N
Ensure continuity, consistency, and quality enhancement of legacy events. N
Evaluate performance ofongoing IPs and introduce improvements based on audience insights, feedback,
and commercial outcomes. N
n3. IP Development – Recent Properties
N
n
Conceptualise andlaunch current signature IPs that align with UB City's vision and commercial objectives. N
Build scalable event properties that can be sustained annually or seasonally. N
Collaborate with brands, artists, designers, and partners to co-create new experiential IPs. N
n4. Event Planning & Execution
N
n
Own end-to-end planning and execution of events including timelines, budgets, vendors, artists, permissions, and on-ground operations. N
Ensure seamless execution with attention to detail, quality, safety, and guest experience. N
Coordinate with relevant stakeholders for smooth delivery. N
n5. Budgeting & Commercial Performance
N
n
Prepare and manage event budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and ROI. N
Identify sponsorships, partnerships, and revenue opportunities to offset costs an
