Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of all hospitality projects. N
Manage current hotel developments, renovations, expansions, conversions, and refurbishments. N
Ensure project milestones are achieved as per approved timelines. N
Drive project executionfrom concept to handover. N

Ensure all projects are delivered within committed timelines. N
Develop project schedules, critical paths, and milestone trackers. N
Monitor project progress and proactively identify delays. N
Implement corrective action plans to recover timelines. N
