As we expand our footprints across the country, we are seeking a motivated and skilled Acquisitions and Expansion specialists to support our growth and ensure we source and onboard recent, high-quality properties for our portfolio.
NKey Responsibilities:
NProperty Acquisition & Due Diligence:

Identify potential properties for acquisition in key locations across India. N
Conduct market researchto assess property trends, rental yields, and competitive landscape in targeted regions. N
Evaluate property offerings based on location, infrastructure, legal compliance, and overall suitability for holiday rentals. N
Engage with property owners, real estate agents, and developers to negotiate and secure property deals.

Conduct thorough due diligence on legal and financial matters, ensuring all paperwork is in order before acquisitions. N
Expansion Strategy: N
Assist in formulating and implementing property acquisition strategies for key markets across India. N
Analyse and recommend current geographical areas for expansion based on market demand, tourism trends, and rental potential. N
Collaborate with the senior leadership team to prioritize and streamline the expansion plan. N
Stakeholder Management: N
Build and maintain solid relationships with property owners, real estate agents, and other industry stakeholders. N
Serve as the point of contact for property owners to address any queries, concerns, and negotiations. N
Coordinate with internal teams (Operations, Legal, Marketing, etc.) to ensure smooth onboarding of newly acquired properties. N
