Jayshree Heritage is an upcoming Indian ethnic fashion and e-commerce brand being built with a vision to bring India’s textile heritage to the contemporary customer.
We are currently building our founding team and are looking for a smart, detail-oriented and technology-friendly person to join us as an E-commerce Product Listing & AI Operations Executive.
What You Will Do
Upload and manage products on the Jayshree Heritage website
Create product titles, descriptions and other product information
Use AI tools such as ChatGPT for content, research and productivity
Maintain product information in Excel / Google Sheets
Organize product images, SKUs, pricing, sizes, colors and categories
Check every product listing for accuracy before publishing
Coordinate with the product, photography and content teams
Resize, rename and organize product photographs
Assist with basic SEO-friendly product descriptions and keywords
Update prices, inventory and product information when required
Maintain a clean and organized digital product catalogue
Help the team use AI and technology to make e-commerce operations faster
Skills We Are Looking For
AI and good computer knowledge are mandatory for this role.
You should be comfortable with:
ChatGPT or similar AI tools
Computers and internet research
Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
Google Drive
Basic image handling
Canva or similar tools will be an advantage
Rapid and accurate typing
Learning recent software and technology
Written English
Attention to detail
Previous e-commerce experience is helpful but not mandatory.
