NService Transition & Change Management

Lead end-to-end service transition activities for current and existing IT services. N
Plan and coordinate changes between Business, Service Operations, and suppliers. N
Ensure all service transitions are delivered with minimal operational risk and disruption. N
Define and maintain Service Transition strategies, processes, standards, and governance. N
Ensure suppliers and internal teams adhere to Service Transition and Change Management processes. N

nStakeholder & Business Management

Build strong relationships with Business stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor. N
Understand business objectives, constraints, and service requirements. N
Serve as the escalationpoint for Business users, Clients, and Service teams. N
Support the Applications Lead in managing client and business relationships. N

nRelease & Service Readiness
N
n
Develop and maintain release calendars and deployment schedules. N




Coordinate regular and emergency release windows with Business and Operations teams. N
Define service acceptance criteria and readiness requirements. N
Ensure adequate supportmodels, documentation, and operational processes are in place before go-live. N

nVendor & Supplier Management
N
n
Partner with suppliers to define and implement support models. N
Monitor supplier quality and transition deliverables. N
Support onboarding and management of recent vendors. N
Coordinate across multi-vendor environments to ensure successful service delivery. N

nReporting & Governance
N
n
Produce service review reports, KPI dashboards, and Change/Release Management reports. N
Present operational performance and transition updates to leadership teams. N
Drive process improvements across Change, Release, and Transition Management functions. N
