.Provide technical expertise for component related issues including alternate component selection for obsolescence issues and assisting on process issues N
.Provide technical reports and communications to global Watlow team members N
.Able to work, rework perform test on PCBA and components considering value engineering N
.Need to be familiar with the PCBA components and the market commodities of the materials to identify the standards parts and whether the materials are suitable or no N

sAbility to troubleshoot failed units as needed and provide written technical reports and analyses N
.Train, advise, review,problem-solve, and collaborate with 3rd party development partner N
sWork with Watlow engineering team members on product definition, development, test, QA, deployment, maintenance & suppor N
