Project Leadership:
Lead and manage development teams, ensuring successful project delivery within scope, time, and budget constraints.
Drive project planning, execution, and monitoring, adhering to Agile Development Methodologies (SCRUM) using tools like JIRA.

Technical Proficiency:
Leverage a minimum of 6 years of hands-on development and database experience to guide the technical aspects of projects.
Contribute to solution architecture, making informed technology decisions, and developing roadmaps for individual projects and the organization.

Team Growth and Management:
Foster team growth by recruiting, training, and mentoring talent.
Manage, motivate, and guide development teams, ensuring a collaborative and efficient work setting.

Client-Facing Communication:
Exhibit excellent communication skills, particularly in client-facing interactions with US and European clients.
Understand client requirements, provide updates, and manage expectations effectively.

Account Management:




Utilize account management abilities to identify prospects for business growth within client accounts.
Build solid client relationships and act as a trusted advisor on technology-related matters.

Presentation and Data Skills:
Demonstrate excellent presentation skills to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences effectively.

Documentation:

Required Skill Sets:Education and Experience:
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science/IT/Technology-related field.
Minimum six years of hands-on development experience.
Minimum five years of project management experience.
