About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and trustworthy Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to a busy executive/skilled. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting, anticipates needs before they arise, and maintains the highest standards of discretion and professionalism.

As a Personal Assistant, you will serve as a key partner, managing both skilled and personal responsibilities to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and allow the executive to focus on high-level priorities.

Key Responsibilities
Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, appointments, and coordinate across multiple time zones
Handle travel arrangements (flights, accommodations, itineraries, visas) and prepare detailed travel packs
Manage email correspondence, prioritize inbox items, draft responses,



and follow up on action items
Organize and prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and events
Assist with personal tasks including household management, family scheduling, errands, and special projects
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times
Coordinate with internal teams, external stakeholders, vendors, and service providers
Track expenses, manage budgets for projects or travel, and prepare reports
Support ad-hoc administrative and operational tasks as needed

Requirements & Qualifications
Proven experience (3+ years) as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar support role
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English [add other languages if relevant]
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspac
