Job Description

The Chief Business Officer will be responsible for:
Defining and executing the company's long-term business growth strategy.
Driving revenue, profitability, and market share across all channels.
Leading commercial functions including sales, partnerships, growth, and business development.
Identifying and launching new market, product, and channel expansion opportunities.
Building strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, retailers, and ecosystem players.
Collaborating with marketing, product, supply chain, and finance teams to achieve business objectives.
Establishing performance metrics and driving operational excellence across business units.
Leading and mentoring high-performing teams while fostering a data-driven culture.




Providing strategic insights to the leadership team and board on growth opportunities and risks.

The Successful Applicant
MBA from a premier institution preferred.
15+ years of experience in business leadership, commercial strategy, or general management roles.
Proven track record of scaling high-growth consumer, retail, D2C, e-commerce, or lifestyle businesses.
Strong expertise in revenue growth, market expansion, and strategic partnerships.
Consulting turned
Highly analytical with solid business acumen and problem-solving skills.
Experience managing large teams and cross-functional business operations.
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, energetic environment.
