Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented BIM Coordinator - Structures to join our creative team in Bengaluru, India. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes for structural engineering projects, ensuring efficient and accurate 3D model development and integration.
Lead and coordinate BIM processes for complex structural engineering projects




Implement and maintain robust quality control systems for BIM deliverables
Supervise and manage a team of BIM specialists, fostering a cooperative work environment
Review and validate the work of CAD/BIM delivery teams to ensure accuracy and compliance with project standards
Participate in cross-functional coordination meetings to resolve design conflicts and optimize project outcomes
Contribute to the development and improvement of company-wide BIM systems and procedures
Ensure adherence to health & safety, quality, and training policies within the BIM team
Coordinate closely with other disciplines, including Architecture, MEP, and Façade teams
Establish and maintain efficient job drawing filing systems
Guarantee compliance with industry and company-specific BIM/CAD standards
Provide technical guidance and support to team members on BIM software and best practices
